mojeIKP is a free application from the Polish Ministry of Health. Install and receive e-referrals, e-prescriptions and e-orders for medical devices right on your phone. Show the QR code at a pharmacy and fill an e-prescription without providing your PESEL (Polish resident identification number). Review your treatment history. Set a reminder to take the medication. Check the medication’s leaflet by scanning its packaging. Grant access to your Electronic Medical Records (EDM) to medical staff and facilities. Apply for an EHIC or a replacement certificate for the EHIC. In an emergency, use the rescue function, which will provide step-by-step instructions on how to provide first aid. Have important healthcare phones on hand. Enjoy a free exercise program, pedometer, hydration counter and access to a diet portal.
